I have an 84' AS with the Commander and EI conversion.  Has a Holley 4b.  What jet sizes are you guys running? and power valve size?

Need some more info Jason.

I assume it's a factory 600CFM? If so, the factory jets are just fine. I'm pretty sure that most every 600 I've had apart uses 66 jets. If you can post the list number of the carb I can look up what should be in there.

Most PV's should be a 6.5. The only way to really tell is to take a vacuum reading on your motor (which most that are reasonably healthy should be in the 15-17" vacuum range). If that's the case, a 6.5 PV will work perfectly. The carb may have came with a 2.5 PV which will be rather sluggish on acceleration then. Upping that to a 6.5 would wake it up very nicely.

When people run down to the lake to see what is making that noise, you've succeeded.
